1. 6th graders choose 1 pilgrimage site to look up and write one paragraph about, 7th graders choose 2 sites, and 8th graders choose 3 sites. Write about the sites on a separate sheet of paper.

Language Arts
6th grade
1. Final draft of your book review is due Thursday, October 23rd. You will get the rough draft back on Tuesday.
2. Wordly Wise 2 A through D Due Thursday, October 23rd
Wordly wise 2 section E Due Tuesday, October 27
3. We will start reading Freak the Mighty in class this week. Be prepared to have reading homework.
7th grade
1. We will begin Wordly Wise unit 3 in class on Wed. Due next Wed., October 27th.
2. Rough draft of your Farm School essay is due this Wed., Oct. 22nd. Be sure to attach your planning sheet. The final essay will be due on Wed., Oct. 27th.
8th grade
1. We will begin reading To Kill a Mockingbird this week. Reading will be assigned on Thursday as we see how far we get in class.
2. Adverb, Interjection and
Preposition packet due on Thursday, October 23rd.
