Week of 1/26/10

History
1. Read about The Trail of Tears----we’ll assign exact pages when we see how far we get in class. Due in first block next week.

Language Arts
6th grade
1. Complete poetry assigned in class on Tuesday. Due Thursday, 1/28.
2. I will hand out the next step in working on your memoir in class on Tuesday. It will be due next Tuesday, February 2, as we do not have class this Thursday.

7th grade
1. Your memoir plot map is due on Wednesday, Jan. 27th. We’ll be ice-skating during class time, but you need to turn in your writing notebook before we leave.
2. Grammar work will be handed out by the end of the week and due on Wed., Feb. 3rd.

8th grade
1. Twelfth Night questions assigned last week are due on Thursday, Jan. 28th. Turn them in before we leave on the field trip.
2. Work 3 more hours on your 8th grade project. Twenty notecards are due on Friday, Jan. 29th. If you need any help with sources or other aspects of your project, it is YOUR responsibility to talk to your advisor before Friday.
