History:
1. Today all of you will have a block class in which you will work on completing all the river work from last week. Most of you will have some still to do at home.
ALL RIVER WORK IS DUE THIS FRIDAY, SEPT. 28.

2. Make a poster advertising a river. We’ll talk about guidelines for choosing a river and creating the poster in block classes.

Language Arts:
6th grade
1. You will receive your literary logs today. You will write a letter to Tammy in response.
Due on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007

7th grade
1. Write a literary log letter to a partner (partners will be posted on Monday).
This letter is to be about the book you are currently reading.
Due on Friday, Sept. 28, 2007

2. Wordly Wise unit 1 ---Due Wed., 9/25.

8th grade
1. An essay will be assigned in class on Monday.
