Week of 4/ 27/09


History
1. Final test on Christianity this week:
6th/8th graders on Thursday---7th graders on Friday.
Study Guide is attached and is DUE and must be turned in the day of your test.

2. 6th/7th grade history reports: bring all of your materials to history classes and language arts classes this week.
You MUST have gone to the public library by Wed (7th), Thurs. (6th).

Due dates from your 2 week calendar:
2. Second source 6th grade Monday, April 27th __________
7th grade: Monday, April 27th __________
3. First notes 6th grade: Thursday, April 30th through
on second source Tuesday, May 5th. __________
7th grade: Wednesday, April 29th __________ through Friday, May 1st.

Language Arts
6th grade
1. Finish Wordly Wise unit 9 by Thursday.
2. We will work in the Skills book in class on Tuesday.
3. All short stories not yet in must be completed and turned in by Friday. This means TURN it IN even thought we do not have class.

7th grade
1. Read through chapter 5 of Shadow Spinner and do the vocabulary and questions through chapter 5. Due on Wednesday, 4/ 29/09.

2. We’ll check in on history report notes and sources on Wed. and then new reading for Shadow Spinner will be assigned.

8th grade
1. Continue reading The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian and responding to the questions on the blog.

2. Your final rough draft sections for your 8th grade project is due this Friday, 5/1/09.
